Return Policy




If you are in doubt about an item before ordering, we suggest that you contact the store by email (mrsbsonline@gmail.com) or by phone (613-937-0222) and we can assist you in determining which item you should order. Remember to never leave us your credit card number in an email.

 

Free cancellation prior to the day before shipping. Keep in mind that we like to get your orders out as soon as possible (preferably 2 - 3 business days).

 

Merchandise can be returned if it has a manufacturer's defect or if it was our error but you must contact us BEFOREreturning the item. Once the item has been inspected and it is determined that it is indeed a manufacturer's defect or the incorrect item, then a replacement item can be sent to you or a full refund, including shipping both ways, will be given to you. This is your choice. We suggest you return items with a carrier that uses a tracking number in order for you to have proof that you did indeed return something.

Items that leave our store are packed with extreme care to avoid damages during transit. If an item was damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We may ask that you email us a photo of the damaged item and packaging. DO NOT throw out the packaging until you are advised to do so.

 

Any other returns will be subject to a 10% re-stocking charge.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.

 

There are no refunds on earrings, seasonal items (ie: Easter, Halloween, Christmas, etc.) or clearance items.

 

Gift cards are non-refundable and we will remind you that at this particular point in time, gift cards can only be used IN the store. Gift cards have no expiry date.

 

Purchases must be returned within 10 days of delivery/pickup of the order and must be in an unused condition and be in the original packaging.


Refunds are credited back to the original tender and must be accompanied by documentation that shows proof of purchase - a copy of receipt is acceptable. Items returned with a gift receipt will be credited to the original purchaser.
